Faerie Card Reading for the Week of February 5 – 11, 2018

Card: Ten of Swords – from the Shadowscapes Tarot by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law and Barbara Moore.

“The Ten of Swords represents misfortune, desolation, burdens to bear, ruin, the end of delusions. It feels like circumstances have instigated a spiraling and uncontrolled plunge. Sometimes circumstances are beyond human control. Sometimes there is nothing to do but ride it out and pick up the pieces when things finally come to a halt, and learn from the mishaps.”

Message from the Faeries: This Card might come across as a bit scary, especially after reading the description, but we are actually feeling pretty good about the appearance of this card this week.

This card is about something not working out the way you had hoped it would. Maybe a plan is going to fall through, or someone will let you down, or maybe a situation will take a bad turn. The thing is, even when thing don’t go your way, it’s happening for a reason that you just can’t see right now. Yeah, it sucks that you didn’t get the immediate outcome you had hope for. Of course you might be bummed out and feel let down, but take heart in knowing that this is all just a part of the journey.

Don’t hold on to these moments that you might think are so bad. When you hold on to the feelings of disappointment it can lead to feelings of bitterness or anger. When you come from that place it will only lead to further feelings of betrayal and disillusionment, and that can cause you to spiral out.

February can be a challenging month for many people. Winter feels like it is dragging on. The weather can become and obstacle, and mental health is hard to maintain. So, don’t let a bump on the road of your journey get you down right now. Just pick yourself up, hold your head high and keep moving forward. There are still so many good things to come.

We love you.

A Tiny Message for 2015

BlessinginDisguise

Hello Everyone! Welcome to 2015! Pretty awesome so far, am I right?

I wanted to pick a card for us to start the year off. It’s been a pretty busy day full of adventure, but I thought it would be nice for us to have a card to start the year off. I was guided to choose this card for us from the Daily Guidance from Your Angels Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue.

Here is what it has to say: “The angels sent you this card to help you recognize the blessing in the midst of an apparent challenge. What you’ve appeared to have lost needed to fall away, and will be replaced with something better. Have no fear for your future, but continue praying and following the guidance that comes to you through repetitive feelings, thoughts, visions and words.”

We can now know without a shadow of a doubt that all of our trials and tribulations of the last year were for a reason – to push us forward towards the things that we really want to manifest into our life. This year we will learn that all the things that felt like were obstacles and challenges were actually blessings in disguise. It is all about divine timing and guidance. Trust and know that all your hardships in the past have brought you close to actualizing your dreams. Now it’s time to pay attention to all the signs that the Universe is providing. Trust your intuition and your instincts. You know what’s best for you and where to go.

I hope that in 2015, all your dreams come true.

I love you all.

Erin ❤
