Card: Knight of Disks – from the Tarot of the Holy Light by Christine Payne-Towler.
” Peace-loving, humane, attuned to Nature. Environmental engineer. Helpfulness. Upgrading the castle for everybody’s benefit.”
Message from the Faeries: This Knight is here to deliver you an important message. He wants you to know that no matter what is happening in the world, it very important to stay vigilant and stay grounded. Don’t let your hearts and minds be swayed by events that happen in the world. Don’t let the darkness in the world get you down.
If you are going to be swayed, let yourself be moved to acts of love and compassion towards other human beings. Now is not the time take out your sword and fight. The knight in this card doesn’t have his sword drawn, and nor is he riding a horse into battle. Instead, he his holding a shovel. He’s ready to get to work and take action. He’s ready to build a better world with you.
Do not feel overwhelmed and think that you need to save the world all by yourself. That is too big of a task for any of you. It’s all the small things that that everyone does that adds up. Every kind act is meaningful. You are part of the solution when you do the simple act of treating every single person with love and compassion. We see so many of you coming together and offering support to one another. It’s great to see people creating communities with each other. Keep moving in that direction.
Do whatever it is you feel inspired to do, whether it is big or small, to make the world a better place. This is your task for this week: go out and be the change that you want to see happen. Don’t force it though, just be in the moment and allow yourself to be moved into action.
We love you,
Card: Knight of Winter – from the Victorian Fairy Tarot by Lunaea Weatherstone.
“This card may be used to represent a person who is aggressive, forceful, and impulsive. Inclined to be quarrelsome, this person can be hot-tempered and ruthless in the attainment of his goals. If the card does not represent a particular person, it could be a situation in which you are acting before thinking things through. Swiftness can be a virtue, but it is foolish to rush in where angels (and intelligent fairies) fear to tread.”
Message from the Faeries: The faerie in this card is a very hasty faerie indeed. Always jumping in, ready to strike with his sword at any given moment. He’s always on high alert. He expects conflict and troubles at all times.
We caution you this week to take things easy and to not be on edge. There may be situations that will arise where you think there is some sort of conflict or that you need to act quickly on something that comes up. Do not fret or worry. Do not act on impulse. Do not make any snap decisions.
It is best if you are thoughtful and deliberate on all matters this week. Also, it is important to consider the possibilities that there could misunderstandings or miscommunications in a social situation that’s making you upset or angry. Think clearly and and ask people for clarification before jumping to conclusions. There is a big chance that you are misreading things.
This week is the perfect week to just hang back and spend some time alone. Social situations could potentially be stressful and confusing. If you have to be social, it’s a good plan to just stay neutral as possible and do not get involved in any drama. It will not be worth it. Keep calm and carry on.
We love you,
