Card: King of Coins – from The Fountain Tarot by Jonathan Saiz.
“Traditional values, practicality, and hard work have kept the King of Coins grounded and successful, giving him both material wealth and a respect for the rhythms of life – the ups and downs. The King hates risk and cares little for innovation or about what’s popular, order and common sense rule the day.”
Message from the Faeries: The King of Coins (Pentacles) has appeared once again. He’s come to check in to see the progress you are making. Are you getting ready for the cold winter? Have you been taking good care of yourself? What kind of provisions are you setting aside?
You might be feeling a bit lazy these days, or maybe you are energized by this season. Either way, things are going to start slowing down soon, so it’s really important to get any tasks that you’ve been procrastinating on done in the next couple of weeks. If you are feeling too tired to do something on your own, you can also ask other people to assist you. It’s okay to ask for help.
Right now is not the time to be frivolous with your time, energy and resources. It is a time for being practical and focusing on what’s essential and important. Prioritize carefully and don’t waste yourself on anything that isn’t important to you. It sounds simple and basic common sense, but good to adhere to: if something doesn’t feel right, don’t do it. Wasting time right now will cost you in long run.
Despite the more serious tone of this week’s message, please also remember to spend at least one moment of this week – hopefully more – doing the things you love to do. Weather permitting, go out and enjoy the beauty of the earth changes.
We love you,
Card: King of Pentacles – from the Shadowscapes tarot by Stephanie Pui-Mun and Barbara Moore.
“This king is an enterprising individual, a man possessing of multifarious talents. He has the golden touch of Midas. When he lays his hands upon a venture, it is bound for success. When he sets his mind to an idea, it becomes polished brilliance. He is reliable and adept at what he does. He is a steady and solid support should you need someone to lean on. He is an inspiration for success and still is generous and willing to share his wealth and fortune. Partake of the fruit he offers. He knows that wealth will be shared and shared again, and from those fruits, new seeds will sprout and grow to be mighty trees.”
Message from the Faeries: The King of Pentacles is also the King of Autumn. He sends you blessings of abundance at this time. His Knight of Pentacles appeared a few weeks ago to announce the coming Fall season and now it is upon you (depending on which hemisphere you live).
The Fall is a time of great changes. It is a time to harvest all of your abundance. It is a time to reflect on your accomplishments and reap what was sown. It is also the time where things begin to die and return to the soil. Gather up all of your nuts and seeds and save them for when it is time to be planted. After all of your hard work, do not forget to celebrate. The King of Pentacles is here to remind you to be grateful for all of your abundance.
Most importantly, The King wants to remind you that this is one of the most magical times of the year. This is a special time where the energy of transformation is peaking, and the veil between the realms is very thin. It would be in your best interest to take advantage of the energies that surround you.
This is a time to remember your dreams – write them down – seek the deeper meaning in them. You will be given lots of messages through dreams and/or through symbols that may appear throughout the day. Pay very close attention to this week. There will be magical events happening all around you and if are open to it, you might catch glimpses of miracles. You might also have an epiphany this week or be the recipient of a miracle yourself. Keep an open heart and an open mind.
We love you,
Card: Three of Cups – from The Fountain Tarot by Jonathan Saiz.
“Three cups glow in the radiant warmth that can only be created by hearts that share a past. The Three of Cups is a spontaneous celebration – in the past, the present, or the future – that honours the bonds of family and intimate friendship. Though your solitary achievements have been many, now is the time to acknowledge your community, and revel in the love of those who know and support you. “
Message from the Faeries: Now that, for some of you, the fall season has begun, it is time to relax a little and reflect on all of your accomplishments. Be thankful and grateful for all that you have achieved in your life until this moment. Think about how got to where you are today. All that you have and all that you know – did you get to this moment all on your own? No, you didn’t. You had a lot of help along the way.
This week is the perfect time to remember everyone that’s helped you on your life’s journey. It is a could practice to honour and respect them. Show gratitude and appreciation for all of your friends and family, and even the strangers who were there for you when you were in a tough spot. One way to honour them is to tell them how much they mean to you – call them up, send them a message or buy them a little gift.
Another way to honour this love of family and friendship is to return the kindness – to them or to a stranger. This is the time to be generous: with words, actions and deeds. There are so many people in the world right now that could really use a helping hand right now – give whatever you can. Autumn is a time of abundance and wealth, and most importantly: sharing. Let the energies of love and charity flow at this time.
We also want to remind you that the Three of Cups is your own personal trifecta: body mind, and spirit. Are these three things in balance and harmony right now? This would be a good week to start working towards bringing the three together so that you are well balanced going into the winter season.
We love you,
Today is the first day of the Fall Equinox, where I live. Autumn is my favourite season. I love watching all the plants and scenery change. I love watching all of the leaves turning colours and then falling from the trees. I love the smells that come with the leaves getting wet and decaying. It’s not a morbid thing, Fall. It’s just another part of our natural life cycle. Transformation.
Some plant life and some animals are in the process of dying right now. There are some plants and animals that going to sleep or are getting ready to hibernate. Generally speaking, things are slowing down a bit. The days are getting shorter – less sunlight. Our natural rhythms are changing as well. Because there is less and less sunlight in the day, we might find ourselves having less energy. We might find ourselves getting tired earlier in the day. Some of us might be hungrier than we usually are. Fall brings with it many changes.
I love the feelings and sensations I experience during this season. I also know that with the changing of seasons come other big changes in my life. Instead of fighting these changes, I find it easier to just let go and enjoy the process. It’s quite natural after all!
There is also a New Moon right now, and so I think this is a really great opportunity to take some time to write down some things that I would like some assistance with letting go of, as well as writing down my gratitude for all of my abundance. I will also take the time to write down one of my heart’s desires, and make the effort to open up my life for it to arrive.
What will you do to celebrate this time of change?
Much love and many blessings to you,
