“You have an inner gift of great value, born of struggle, adversity and challenge. In wisdom, you know that suffering can lead to growth, provided you are willing to search for a way to heal through it. Seeing challenges as ways to expand your spiritual light empowers you to focus on your growing light, rather than getting caught up in suffering.”
Message from the Faeries: This week is really about celebrating yourself and congratulating yourself for making it this far on your journey. You’ve endured some pretty horrible things in your life and you’ve made it through some really tough times. You should be proud of yourself for great accomplishments. All those trials and tribulations have helped make you the amazing person you are today.
This isn’t about mulling over all the bad times and then feeling sorry for yourself. That is a very useless exercise. We would like to remind you that while some things may seem unfair and you didn’t ask for any of it, the fact of the matter is that every single person on this planet has had it bad. It isn’t personal, this is just how life is. Besides, as we’ve said, these experiences have helped refine you. You are a much richer person for it.
The reason why the goddess on this card is called the Empress of the Pearl is because she has many pearls of wisdom that she had accumilated in her human lives. She eventually transcended the suffering of life through enlightenment. She now bestows her pearls of wisdom to anyone seeking answers. She reminds everyone that if it weren’t for all her suffering, she would never have become the goddesss she is today. She achieved enlightenment through all of her hard lesssons.
The simple truth here is that life is suffering. As long as you are human, you will suffer. Accepting this simple truth can provide you with an important key. Accept that you will suffer, but it is all for a higher purpose. It is to give you opportunity to transcend and to elevate yourself. Recognize that all of your difficukt experiences have been your chance to rise above and achieve greatness.
And, of course, don’t forget that all the bad times give contrast to all the fun and amazing times that you have also experienced in life. You appreciate and have gratitude for all the good things in life because of all the bad things that have happened. If every day was a perfect day where you felt amazing all the time – well then you wouldn’t be here on Earth, you would be in Heaven.
We love you,
