Faerie Card Reading for the Week of August 22 – 28, 2016

Card: Knight of Winter – from the Victorian Fairy Tarot by Lunaea Weatherstone.

“This card may be used to represent a person who is aggressive, forceful, and impulsive. Inclined to be quarrelsome, this person can be hot-tempered and ruthless in the attainment of his goals. If the card does not represent a particular person, it could be a situation in which you are acting before thinking things through. Swiftness can be a virtue, but it is foolish to rush in where angels (and intelligent fairies) fear to tread.”

Message from the Faeries: The faerie in this card is a very hasty faerie indeed. Always jumping in, ready to strike with his sword at any given moment. He’s always on high alert. He expects conflict and troubles at all times.

We caution you this week to take things easy and to not be on edge. There may be situations that will arise where you think there is some sort of conflict or that you need to act quickly on something that comes up. Do not fret or worry. Do not act on impulse. Do not make any snap decisions.

It is best if you are thoughtful and deliberate on all matters this week. Also, it is important to consider the possibilities that there could misunderstandings or miscommunications in a social situation that’s making you upset or angry. Think clearly and and ask people for clarification before jumping to conclusions. There is a big chance that you are misreading  things.

This week is the perfect week to just hang back and spend some time alone. Social situations could potentially be stressful and confusing. If you have to be social, it’s a good plan to just stay neutral as possible and do not get involved in any drama. It will not be worth it. Keep calm and carry on.

We love you,

The Faeries
